Brian Carter Cellars tasting room has opened their Woodin Creek Village, located in Woodinville, WA. We are thrilled that they now have a bistro! Check out the food paring menu, here.
Brian Carter is traditionally known for his European-style blends that cover the following categories: Bordeaux-style, Rhône-style, Spanish-style, and Portuguese style in both red and white wines. We were excited to find out that they are now offering a single varietal collection called ONE, showcasing wines that are crafted to stand on their own. All the wines here will impress you and leave no doubt as to why Brian Carter is known as a pioneer in the Washington State Wine Industry.
I hope that this photo does these braised short ribs justice because they were incredible! Kaiti and I were both in awe of the melt-in-your-mouth texture and flavors in this dish. A new favorite and when we next visit Woodin Creek Village, we will stop to order this again.
This starter was presented to us at the beginning of our wine tasting and we really enjoyed these house-made chips and dip. The texture of the chips was perfect!

*Note that there is a public parking garage with free parking, as well as street parking throughout Woodin Creek Village, but it can get busy. I would suggest allowing a few extra minutes just in case you struggle to find a spot to park.
